Schweitzer Mountain has got to be one of our most spectacular job sites! This mountain overlooks Lake Pend Oreille in Sandpoint, Idaho, the views are amazing! The terrain on the other hand… Is challenging! Mountain excavation is one of our specialties and we are always open to the challenge of working in mountainous areas. This particular project is on a condo development and is an ongoing project.
Check out the progress of this job from start to finish where we took bare land, thinned the timber, and built a pad for the shop and for the barn. Installed water lines all throughout the pasture for horse waterers, as well as all the utilities. We worked on this project over the past 3 years and it’s been pretty insane how much it has changed! A lot of dirt had to be moved in order to make the most out of this property. This property is now a fully functioning horse property with beautiful continuous rail fencing and a new 4-stall 40’x50′ barn. It’s still a work in progress though! We are currently building an outdoor riding arena and digging the foundation for a 40×50 Shop. The shop is requiring us to remove more of the hillside to make everything fit.
