“Mac was the excavator on my custom home and also the septic installer. Both projects were challenging. The foundation was a duplex crawlspace installed on a slight grade and in clayey soil. Exterior wall measurements taken after the pour were within 1/4″ on two walls, 1/8” on another, and dead nuts on on the fourth. That made framing uneventful.

Because of the clay soil conditions, the septic system had to be a capping fill system, with a 5,000 sq. ft. drainage area and an 18″ cap mixing B2 and C2 soils.

Mac worked independently with my engineer and the installation got high praise from our PHD inspector.”
